formica sp. fusca?

i think this is formica fusca? any one have an idea?

Formica subsericea

thanks man. could you tell me the difference in fusca vs subsericea? ive got a few that look similar to this. thanks

F. fusca are all black and very shiny while F. subsericea have grey stripes on the gaster. Also fusca is not listed for GA.
