Workers about 1mm queen 2-3mm

Definitely a Queen no doubt, though I have zero expertise when identifying American Ants.
Best to wait for Batspiderfish / Martialis thoughts.

Brachymyrmex depilis or Nylanderia sp. Not enough detail to tell. The accuracy of the measurements would be important.
