My 10 yr old is consumed with learning about ants and was so excited to find this queen. I'd love to purchase an enclosure and know how to best care for the colony. Thanks!

Size: 11-12mm
When: 07/26/2023 8pm
Where: Apache Junction, AZ
Appearance: light brown/yellow body. Brown stripes on abdomen.
Behavior: fast. Usually running back and forth in test tube. Digging/trying to tunnel in the cotton ball.

I agree.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
