Where: Boise, Idaho between sidewalk cracks.

Also, Tetramorium sp. E is now known as Tetramorium immigrans (the taxonomists finally deceived).

I thought they look like lasius flavus but i don't think they are found where you saw them

Maybe, but the abdomen does not look right for Lasius, I don't think they are.
