I caught this queen this evening and am unsure what species it is. I believe it to be Lasius Injectus, in which case I will have to return it to the wild, as I am unwilling to attempt to start a parasitic ant colony. This is the first queen I've found this year, so that would be disappointing, lol. She is orange/yellow in color. She is 8mm, her jaws are slightly pointed. I am in Northern Indiana. I caught her around 10pm EST, on my back patio. When I caught her, she ran around for a while, then stopped and gave herself a full body cleaning before continuing to search for an escape. Below are some pictures.

I believe you are correct.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
