Do ants hibernate in hot places like Dubai?

Since Dubai can go up to 40° C in the summer and as cold as 25°C in the winter
I'm not sure if ants can even hibernate in Dubai unless it has nothing to do with the weather but only the season

Either they don't hibernate or they have periods where they don't lay eggs for a week or month. At least the native ants do that to the best of my knowledge.

Or in tropical countries "summer" is when queens lay an abundance of eggs, like for S invicta, but still lay eggs in winter(very few)
