Possible Tetramorium Queen?

I would like to think this is a Tetramorium Queen, but when comparing it to pictures of it, it seems to vary.
More on the active side. Likes to pull at the cotton.
Caught 9/11/2022, (Around mid-afternoon).
I found it near a possible Tetramorium nest entrance, (near a sidewalk) with it's wings ripped off. This makes me think it could be infertile since it left it's nest, but didn't go far (Providence, Rhode Island).
A dark brown to black coloration with browner appendages (legs).
Seems to be just around 1cm, probably a bit less.
And here are the pictures.

Looks likes Lasius sp.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.

Thank you once again! Now I know this isn't necessary, but I want to get a bit better at identifying species of ants. So if you have any suggestions on how I can do that beside simply memorizing ant species, that would be great. So another guess do you think it could be a Lasius aphidicola?

Well I never memorized them, the best way in may opinion, is to keep getting your ants identified and you will learn the species! :)
Also I think Lasius aphidicola looks good!

To clarify, I've searched up Lasius aphidicola, and from what I've read it seems to be a parasitic ant queen. I have never owned a parasitic queen ant, so any help or corrections would be appreciated. However I do know they need some sort of host; possibly wild ants?

I have tried, but never succeed, so you will have to try to look it up your self.
