These are not leaf cutters. Only high attine are leaf cutters. High attine include all Atta and Acromyrmex species, and one Trachymyrmex sp. This is just called a fungus farmer.

Also me and larynx worked this ID out in PM. This is Cyphomyrmex rimosus.
