Tiny Queen Ant Identification help

Hello, I collected a few of these tiny queen ants today along side some Solenopsis Molesta. They are in the same size range and I almost thought they were the same until I noticed that Solenopsis Molesta has 2 petiole nodes while this ant has only one, and it's not very visible at that.

Here is the info on the ant I need help identifying, I hope someone can help!

Size: 3.5mm
When: August 18th 2022, early evening
Where: Ottawa, Ontario - on the sidewalks close to parks.
Appearance: very small and appears dark amber in color when magnified.
Behaviour: Very calm on the sidewalk and equally calm in the test tube. I accidentally put 2 in the same test tube when collecting, and they did not attack each other, they just calmly walked around.
Picture(s): https://imgur.com/a/GO0hYMJ
Additionally: very similar in appearance to thief ants minus the extra petiole node, and a fatter gaster.

Brachymyrmex depsilis sp.. Have very tiny workers compared to the queen.
When you accidentally reply to yourself…
