I found another queen ant, im pretty sure she is a spiny ant. Sadly she is dead now.
Size: about 1cm
Color: goldish abdomen and black head, thorax is black and a bit goldish
Appearance: Has tiny spikes pointing to head if viewed from above.
Place: Jungle with path on leaf wondering around (searching for food?).
Time: 7 Aug 2022. About 5pm.

She looks like Polyrhachis beccarii. Polyrhachis queens sometimes die for no reason.
