Queen ant identification

I just found this queen ant under my lamp in my room (i had the window opened) but i cant figure out what species is it.

Size: 8 mm
When: 08/08 at 10 pm
Where: Italy, Emilia Romagna, a small town near modena (countryside)
Appearance: as seen from pictures it's pretty slender and has yellow stripes on the abdomen
Behaviour: really slow moving and calm, she didnt'move from near the exit of the test tube and didn't lost her wings, i'm afraid she might not be in good health conditions
