Help With Queen ID

Size:
~3/8in so ~9-10mm

When:
Morning 7/3/2022

Where:
My backyard in semi-rural Northern Illinois- Sighted about 30 queens throughout the day crawling about my stone deck. Most who were still wandering about were getting picked off by the other ants that live around my deck.

Appearance:
Ants appear to be all black with golden-colored rings around their gaster. This is more defined in some of the queens than others with some of them having very noticeable golden undersides to their gaster.

Behaviour:
Most of the ants just stand around and do nothing inside their tubes. Some of them have curled up seem to be cleaning their gasters.
