Defiantly Tetramorium. The size, shape, and color all look correct, but I'm still new at identification.

Either way, are their any black pheidoli species? I searched black pheidoli on google (im not racist) and the only result was p. megacephala which are red :/

I have P. Megacephala, queens are not red unless under intense light, and I even have a few black ones.
