Huge Giant Black Ant Queen
My Mom found a giant black ant queen in front of my door at night time I caught it and quickly put in in a ant tube setup and locked in a pencil box with air holes. The next day I opened the box and found the queen carrying an egg. It's huge!!! With an OVERSIZE Thorax and Abdomen I will post pics If I can. I think its a carp queen but it's jost so BIG. What species of do you think it it? (Illinois Chicago)

I housed it in a AntsCanada test tube I feared it wouldn't fit but it did. She has an white oval (egg) in her Mandibles.
