This little ant landed on me as I was driving down the road thru the woods
Early September
San Juan county WA
4.5 mm long

So tiny I would never have found it if it hadn't flown right into me!

Can we please have a picture from above?
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.
