Please measure with a ruller instead of using a penny.
She's a fire ant queen; Solenopsis invicta or Solenopsis xyloni.

I know that Solenopsis invicta mates year-round, whenever conditions are adequate.soulsynapse wrote:What are fire ants doing with nuptial flights in Jan?Batspiderfish wrote:Please measure with a ruller instead of using a penny.

My girlfriend was uncomfortable at first with just having ants in the house in general. She agreed as long as I kept them in the basement. I thought I was smart keeping them in my man cave thinking she wouldn't want to go in there with the ants in there...she keeps going in to check them out hahaha
