Species Identification request, UAE

Hey, could you maybe identify this species? I think its an Acrobat ant and its a queen right?
I found it in a park on Jan 1st 2022.Its around 7 mm.I live in UAE, Dubai.

got a sugar ant colony started :)

Hi there,

This is not an ant, it's a parasitic wasp.
I've been to Dubai, UAE, last October to find swarms of Iridomyrmex anceps preparing for nuptial flights. However, I had missed their flights myself. They probably have flown already, I'm not sure if you will be able to find anything now. Keep on looking though!
