could be some common kind of ant but they have started to dig tunnels against the side of the ant tower and theyy are hanging out under a leaf right now and i count 7 ants 5 regular workers and either they are polygenous or they are prenoplis imparis because i can see 2 ants that are slighty larger than the others but have a big abdomen i worry if they are false honeypot ants then i didnt get the queen because they seem to all be above ground but do you think they would build tunnels if there was no queen idk any insight would be welcome thanks

You just need to make them public.

stil confused if they have 2 queens or those are two repletes because they arent much bigger but they havent touched the protein iv been giving them but haveeaten some honey but do u think they would make tunnels and a nest if they didnt have a queen.

If they're 2-5mm then they can be Tetramorium.
