I've never had either so I can't help you much. But could you please provide us some more details?
When did you catch her? What's the size (in mm)? Could you perhaps add a picture from the side of the queen? So far I can only see top and bottom pictures.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.

From what I can see, it looks like a solenopsis sp. but it could very well be something else as the queen is a bit blurry.

She looks like a Tetramorium queen, this one is different than the more well known T. immigrans and T. caespitum because they are semi-claustral.

I don't think it's Solenopsis though. I don't think there's Solenopsis that look like that in Florida. Looks more like Tetramorium bicarinatum.
