I caught this queen in western washington where I'm from I need help identifying it. Also a side question is I just moved her into a test tube setup a couple minutes are and she's moving alot and seems alarmed, is this normal?

From those pics, she could be either Camponotus novaeboracensis, vicinus or herculeanus. And yes, it is normal for queens to move around after moving inside the test tube.
