Hi all
Yesterday I found ant were eating insect on a web. Idk if its abandoned spider web or their nest. The structure exacly look like other spider dens here. So are they just using this as trap for feasting and how they walk on it without sticking? What do you think about it is it common?
Ps. My phone’s cam broken so I used front one.Due to low res quality Its hard to identify their species.

Re: Ants on WEB??
They where most likelly just stealling a meal from a spider .
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]
