is this solenopsis invicta or geminata?

hello everyone i caught a colony of solenopsis sp. with a queen brood and workers but im not sure if they are solenopsis invicta or geminata because solenopsis invicta is invasive and solenopsis geminata is native ill attach some photos later

I need a photo but something I use my self is that Invicta queens have red jaws and geminata queens have black jaws

ok its hard to take the photo because when i caught them they were in the dirt so i also scooped up the dirt and they have made a nest with a lot of tunnels but ill send photo today

i think it is a saprophytic fungus so it may not be harmful
