Me and my boyfriend went on a scavenger trip in the forest and we found one ant we can't identify. Could you guys please help?

Hard to tell from the photo. have a look at antmaps.org they can show you what ants live in your area.

Update! After a lot of research I stumbled across a picture depicting the most common lasius species in Germany and I thought one of them looked very familiar. After some more research we are now quite sure she's a Lasius fuliginosus queen, we are really happy we found this out so we can accommodate her parasitical needs and feed her
