new colony in my front yard

This colony popped out in our front yard that used to only have a trap jaw ant colony. They are much smaller ants, red-orange-ish, with blackish tips. Some soldier ants visible in the photo. Can anyone give a probable ID?

-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
