Found this Queen on my sidewalk running towards dirt area . Need help identifying. Thank you. Sorry for the bad pic .

She could be many things formica, lasius ect but to identify her properly we need to know her size in mm.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
