I managed to start 2 colonies in the mating season of this year! However I'm having a bit of a hard time with this leafcutters, i wish i had more luck finding queen ants of other spp. But I'm trying my best with these for now, one of them kinda progressing well:

-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony

that fungus garden is looking healthy!
keeping:
all my queens died :(
got a sugar ant colony started :)

Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
