She sort of looks like a wasp.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]

Ye she really does, but there are no wasps here where i live, at least not native ones. But your comment made me find which is the genre of this ant by some news of people here confusing them with wasps too. It's an ant from the Atta genre, sadly, i still don't know her species, we call them saúvas over there.Thx for your help!

Leafcutter ants are very difficult to keep. You should start a blog on the forum so if you have questions during your keeping you can ask on your post. It would also be nice to hear what happens. :D

Actually, i found out this was a boy that hadn't mate yet. But the season of nuptial flights for this leafcutter ants didn't finished, so i'm still trying to find a new queen. Saw a lot of dead males that probably mated, hope i'm not too late. Thank you for the encouragement, hopefully i can start a colony and post some photos or infos and for shure some questions. :D

That looks like a male or a leaf cutter ant.
Why did I even make a signature if I am just gonna say this.
