ID for ant found in NE England during Autumn

ID for ant found in NE England during Autumn
I have caught 9 queens, 1 of which was orange and later identified as a lasius flavus, and the 8 others are supposedly lasius niger, but I want to make sure about it. Roughly 6-7mm long and black. Images have been attached as files.
