Found this queen today while walking around my block in Sydney, looks extremely like an iridomymex bicknelli just need to make sure.I placed it next to my other confirmed rainbow ant queen and they seem similar in size but the new queen is slighty smaller

This is 100% a lasius niger queen. So you found your species.
