Help me Identify this queen ant. I caught this ant in Late July in Minnesota, USA. I think it Might be a Formica Fusca Queen. Which would mean I would have to hibernate it. But if it’s not I would kill it in the cold fridge. So can you guys tell me what it is?

First of all there is no F. fusca in North America, what everyone thinks is F. fusca in North America is actually F. subaenescens. Second of all there are many species that will survive the cold in you area not just F. fusca/subaenescens, but just to be safe you can put the fridge at a low setting. Third of all if it is black and about 13mm it is probably a formica subaenescens queen.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]
