Ant ID Request - Lasius Neoniger?

Found today 08/24/2020 @5:00pm in Albany NY. It's about 85F, rained yesterday, and timing seems consistent for the species. If anyone can confirm it would be incredibly helpful. If it IS, I've found all three species I was hoping to this year :-)

Thanks All!

Hello Jeremy,
I'd love to try to help, I put out an ID request for the same species a little while ago, check them out to see any resemblance.
Yours look more brown/rootbeer-ish in the body, was the light yellow? Ours are black in the body under fluo-light. I noticed everyone's queens have the golden hair fibres in the 2nd and 3rd gaster rings, almost like fuzzy gold, beautiful.
My sons and I looked through online pics and we decided on neoniger. Yours probably are as well.
I hope this helps!

I'd like to follow up with a suggestion based on the root beer-like color, lasius flavus?
