Is this a Queen?

I’m new to this hobby and I believe I found a queen. It was found in the evening on AUG 6th in southern Indiana.

Looks like a Queen to me not sure what species though, I would have to do some research to see if I could figure it out

Thanks I just wanted to be sure it was a queen. I need to find a few more.
