Hi, I need help Identifying the following two queens, who were both found in the San Francisco Bay Area:
Queen 1:

She was caught in mid June. She is around 1 cm. while the workers are around 3 mm. She is very sensitive to light, relatively fast moving, and has a decent pile of eggs and workers.

Queen 2 and workers:

She was caught in late may. She is around 5 mm, with the workers around 3mm. She is hardly sensitive to light, slow moving, and has only a 3 workers and a couple of eggs. I'm a little worried about these guys, as they have been hardly moving recently and have very few eggs.

If you guys need anymore info on these queens, I will happy to oblige. Any identification or tips would be appreciated, as I'm a beginner ant keeper, and don't have the foggiest idea to what species these ants are
