Ant Queens Found In Arizona, Help

Hi, I'm a little stumped here, I found maybe 100 different ants all over the side of our patio, that all seemed to be queens. I think anyway. As it just rained yesterday, my best guess is that they might me honey pot ants, does anyone have any other ideas as to what they may be?
