I need help identifying this species, I found this queen 07/03/2020 as she was strolling around in my wooden flower box as I was checking the flowers to make sure they were still upright as we had two days of rough storms come through,She is roughly 6.5-7mm long and as of a weekly check-up on 07/09/2020 she has roughly 5-8 eggs.

Any help with identifying her would be Awesome.

There are two possibilities either it is a Red Imported Fire Ant or a Acrobat ant.
Beginner ant keeper Currently has a RIFA (Red Imported Fire Ant) colony. I now have a Carpenter Ant queen.
