Help Identify a Tiny Brown Queen (Ohio)

Caught her today in North Central Ohio about 25 minutes from Lake Erie. She had just walked out of my garden onto the pavement. Comparing her to a dime which is 17.91 mm.

I'd like to make sure she's not a social parasite before locking her away.
