hi! so i found this worker on my backyard and i did not reconise it. i live in brazil, i always imagined their name, i also google it but could not find it, i cound only find a wasp haha . so could you guys help me

ps: i have autism, and i really aprecciate the ant world, because for me they are a medieval society in the modern world!
