Species ID

Hi, These were found in Taylor County, KY (east ky). I was wondering if anyone could help me identify, and I had a few specific questions:

1) Im not sure that I got their current queen, but as you can see I got unmated females, males, and all the other castes, and I also got some larva. Will they sort themselves up and mate one of the queens so they can survive? Another way of wording: can the colony survive. There are multiples of all castes; 6-10 unmated queens, and numerous of the winged males (as I understand it) and numerous soldiers and workers etc.

2) Any care tips past the obvious/specific care stuff for this species?

Thanks
