Anyone else thinking possibly Brachymyrmex sp.? Don't quote me on this, but it kinda looks like one to me.

I'm thinking Brachymyrmex sp. Too but 5mm seems large for them.

Another couple pics and a conformation on measurement would definitely help. I'm thinkin that's why batspiderfish asked if that was the correct measurement

Ya it does look like a brachymyrmex sp. Couldn't say what species tho

She is definitely a queen ant. Any pictures from above, or the side? Pictures of the underneath are generally not useful.
