Help ID this recently mated alate

I recently caught this alate in the midst of mateing on my car windshield I'm located in Northern Illinois. She's roughly brownish orange and roughly 8-10 mm. I'm brand-new to ant keeping but not to raising and breeding insects I currently raise Blaptica dubia, zophobas morio , Armadillidium vulgare and Folsomia candida. I'm wanting to make sure....
° is she a semi-claustral species
° what housing requirements for optimum health
° what is the recommended colony size before transfer.
from test tube
Unfortunately until I put a ID to her majesty her kingdom cannot take root. Here is a link to her photo on imgur

very hard to tell from the pic but possibly a lasius sp. maybe neoniger or grandis
1x Lasius Niger - early forging stage - 60-100 workers
1x Messor Barbarus - founding stage - <20 workers
1x Camponotus Turkestanus - claustral stage - 1 nanitic + brood
1x Odontoponera Transversa - semi-claustral stage - no eggs

I'm gonna try to get a better pic of her. With everything I've been finding I want to think your right with Lasius.
