Queen or Ternite? US, CA

I found this insect in my classroom during afterschool. I'm not sure whether it is a termite or queen ant. There were a bunch of wings lying on a stack of notebooks and a big cluster of these guys were there.

Looks like a termite to me. Straight antennae are a pretty good indicator as well. Ants have bent antennae
