Hello friends,
I've been watching AntsCanada for a while and today while going for a walk after a giant rainstorm I noticed there was a more than usual amount of little big insects running around the concrete.(I live near the suburbs with plenty of woods and trails)
Anyway, I figured two are the same species as the other.
I figured they are Lasius and I am not sure what the black one is.
Any ideas?

Upon research, they seem like a Lasius Neoniger and a Crematogaster queen!
