Hong Kong caught ant need ID

Please help to ID this ant that I caught it in hong kong
Also, it has been more than two weeks but it still havent laying egg. Have I done something wrong or it actually not a queen?
I kept it in the dark for most time and left it alone for some time.

that looks like Polyrhachis dives queen aka weaver ants
1x Lasius Niger - early forging stage - 60-100 workers
1x Messor Barbarus - founding stage - <20 workers
1x Camponotus Turkestanus - claustral stage - 1 nanitic + brood
1x Odontoponera Transversa - semi-claustral stage - no eggs

You got to feed it as it is semi claustral

mines died because I didn't know it was semi claustral
