Hi she was captured around August 13-14th? Somewhere around then. I collected her out of a swimming pool and she had her wings, but after I took her home she shed her wings.
I would say she’s about little over a qtr inch long not sure didn’t have a ruler handy! She’s got a much darker head and abdomen but her Gaster seems like a bright red color if you can see in photo, so not sure what she is. Not even sure if she’s fertile but hoping she is!

Looks like Pheidole but the pictures are not are not clear.
