ID for this girl found un NY

Found this morning in my pool was 8am. Must have just fell in was still on the water tension. She is 5-6mm. It has been way hot like 96-98 last two days with very high humidity and last night was the strongest storm and rain for us this summer.

Am I seeing things? or are their two different queens in this post?

She (the second queen) looks like Aphaenogaster sp.
