Found this queen in Woodburn, Oregon on August 2nd. She is around 1cm. Found her walking around a parking lot. She crawled into a drain before I could get her, and then crawled back out a bit later. She has a little pile of eggs. ID please.

Lasius?
We were actually thinking she might be a species of Formica. Can anyone help with this ID?
