Additional identification needed

So I believe I was wrong with what I thought was a Camponotus queen earlier this summer but from the manner in which this colony is growing, they are already at about 20+ workers after 2 months and after doing a bit more research, I think the colony is of the genus Formica. I have placed a photo to hopefully get clarity on this.

hard to tell from the pic but the pic with workers looks a little like Formica Rufibarbis so perhaps a member of the Formica Rufa group
1x Lasius Niger - early forging stage - 60-100 workers
1x Messor Barbarus - founding stage - <20 workers
1x Camponotus Turkestanus - claustral stage - 1 nanitic + brood
1x Odontoponera Transversa - semi-claustral stage - no eggs
