Please help me identify a newly caught Queen

First time posting here so hello but the reason I made this thread was to ask for help identify 2 Queens I caught this morning, I have been watching AntsCanada vids on youtube for a while now so I thought since the ants have been having nuptial flights around the UK recently I would give it a go to find some and found 2 queens less than 5 feet from my front door.

Both Queens look identical as far as I can see so I only took a picture of 1, I think
that they are Lasius Niger but as a noob to ant keeping I was hoping some people here might be able to confirm it for me Image

looks like lasius niger to me could be lasius flava but i would expect her to be more brown and about 7mm at most where as lasius niger queens are more black and get to around 9mm in size hope this helped, have fun my friend :D
1x Lasius Niger - early forging stage - 60-100 workers
1x Messor Barbarus - founding stage - <20 workers
1x Camponotus Turkestanus - claustral stage - 1 nanitic + brood
1x Odontoponera Transversa - semi-claustral stage - no eggs

Thanks, I was pretty sure that they were Lasius Niger but having some else's opinion helps, caught another 5 after I made this thread, any that successfully raise a new colony beyond the 1 I choose to keep I'll release into a nearby field.

If/when I spot some eggs I intend to buy the lasius hybrid nest 2.0 + AC outworld, I think even with international shipping I should have plenty of time from first larva for an order to arrive.

yeah should have plenty of time lasius niger colonies do get big, pretty quick but they love confined spaces and will happily sit on top of each other lol
