I am 99% sure she is Camponotus Americanus. That's actually the first time I have come across that species on this forum. Is it just me or is he missing her front left leg? Might just be the quality of the pictures you uploaded.

I actually have to Carpenter Queens myself! Feel free to check on how I plan to house them!
