queen identification please!

hello! i've caught 3 of these and wanted to know the species. i believe they are queens (if they arent, feel free to flame me). i am located in texas and can not find a ruler! thanks in advance for any help

my camera isn't great so i'm afraid these are the best photos i can get. i believe she's solenopsis and i can live with not knowing the specifics until i get a better picture
